Marie Skogvang Stork

Marie Skogvang Stork is trained from the National Norwegian BA programme Nord Dramatic Arts and Artistic production (2020-2023).
Marie is often cast as rule-bending rebels, curious go-getters, and quietly guarded girls with secrets — roles that leave space for between-the-lines humor and unexpected romantic tension. She has also portrayed leaders or someone close to the top turning over to the dark side. With a physical background she can easily do physically demanding parts. She’s also done two LGBTQ+ roles.
She has a background in dance and has performed on severals stages, shoots and short films, doing both choreographic work and improvisations. In 2026 she’ll be performing a solo monologue piece with 20 musicians from the Arctic Philharmonic called Trolsk. She has the lead in the short film To hatch an egg premiering in 2026/2027 for an international audience at European festivals (TBA). Since she graduated theatre school she’s been touring as cast member in the play Dead as a Dodo, touring in New York, Chicago, France and South Korea.
In 2026-2027 she’s being mentored by the National Talent Programme Uredd, facilitating work that needs traveling abroad and more.
