About me
| English | Bibi always had a passion for adventures and stories, experiencing them, exploring them, reading them, writing them, simply being part of them. Growing up she was lucky enough to explore all kinds of hobbies like playing tennis, capoeira, trampoline, playing the piano, skating and many more, meeting new people and learning about them while also exploring different hobbies always felt more important than just mastering the skill. Adapting to new people and influences while learning and growing has always come natural to Bibi and when she took her first acting class at the age of 14, she knew she had found where her true passion lies. After school she did go the ‘safe’ route and went to nursing school, but it didn’t feel quite right to her and after a personal loss she decided to travel around the world for a while, just she and her backpack searching for some new adventures. In 2018 Bibi then moved to London, she took more acting classes at the City Academy, with director Becky Sharpe and then a one-year screen acting course with the Reel Scene, which concluded in the short film ‘Exit’ directed by Kevin McNally early 2023. But also outside of acting classes she tried to learn and grow and has been working on different projects from her first short film ’Stalker’ by Gabor George in 2021 to the web series ‘Sweet Thrills’ by Kian Ari in 2024. Bibi loves to explore different genres and works hard at capturing the right tone and style of the characters. |
| German | Bibi hatte schon immer eine Leidenschaft für Abenteuer und Geschichten, sie zu erleben, sie zu erforschen, sie zu lesen, sie zu schreiben, einfach ein Teil davon zu sein. Als sie aufwuchs, hatte sie das Glück alle möglichen Hobbys auszuprobieren, wie Tennis, Capoeira, Trampolin, Klavier spielen, Skaten und vieles mehr. Neue Leute zu treffen und kennenzulernen, während sie verschiedene Hobbys ausprobiert, schien ihr wichtiger als nur die Fähigkeit alleine zu beherrschen. Sich an neue Menschen und Einflüsse anzupassen und gleichzeitig zu lernen und zu wachsen, kam für Bibi schon immer natürlich, und als sie im Alter von 14 Jahren ihren ersten Schauspielunterricht nahm, wusste sie, dass sie ihre wahre Leidenschaft gefunden hatte. Nach der Schule ging sie zwar den ‘sicheren’ Weg und ging zur Krankenpflegeschule, aber es fühlte sich für sie nicht ganz richtig an und nach einem persönlichen Verlust beschloss sie, eine Zeit lang um die Welt zu reisen, nur sie und ihr Rucksack auf der Suche nach einem neuen Abenteuer. Im Jahr 2018 zog Bibi dann nach London, wo sie weitere Schauspielkurse an der City Academy, mit Regisseurin Becky Sharpe und anschließend einen einjährigen Filmschauspielkurs bei Reel Scene belegte, der mit dem Kurzfilm ‘Exit’ unter der Regie von Kevin McNally endete. Aber auch außerhalb des Unterrichts versuchte sie zu lernen und zu wachsen und arbeitete an verschiedenen Projekten, von ihrem ersten Kurzfilm ‘Stalker’ von Gabor George im Jahr 2021 bis zur Webserie ‘Sweet Thrills’ von Kian Ari im Jahr 2024. Bibi liebt es verschiedene Genres zu erforschen und arbeitet hart daran, den richtigen Ton und Stil der Charaktere einzufangen. |
